Submit & Pay Booking Fee
- Email completed form to info@loxdale.com
- Pay £95 booking fee (non-refundable)
- Payment via Flywire or bank transfer
Receive Confirmation
- We confirm availability within 24 hours
- Receive official invoice and payment instructions
- Full payment due 14 days before arrival
Prepare for Arrival
- Receive welcome pack and arrival instructions
- Complete any additional forms (safeguarding for YL)
- Arrange airport transfer if needed

After You Submit Your Booking
