Important Fees
Young Learners
- Booking Fee: £100.00 (non-refundable, non-deductible)
- Insurance: £7.88/week (optional)
- Course Materials, activities and trips: included in the package
Optional Extras
- Airport Transfers: from £246.00 return (Gatwick, young learners)
- Special Diets: £20.00/week (gluten free, lactose free, halal, kosher, vegan). Vegetarian & allergies: FREE
- Unaccompanied Minor Fee: £65.00 per direction
After You Submit Your Booking
Within 24 hours
- We review your application
- Confirm course and accommodation availability
- Send you a confirmation email
Within 48 hours
- Receive official invoice
- Payment instructions via Flywire
- Accommodation details (if homestay)
- Complete your English Level Test (required)
Before payment deadline
- English Level Test must be completed
- Results help us place you in the right class
- Full payment must be received (14 days before arrival)
- Your place is confirmed once both are done
1 week before arrival
- Receive welcome pack with class assignment
- Airport transfer details (if booked)
- Emergency contact information
