Important Fees
Adult Students
- Registration Fee: £100.00 (non-refundable, due with booking)
- Insurance: £7.88/week (optional)
- Course Materials: £37.00 per 10 weeks (£10.00 in summer)
Optional Extras
- Airport Transfers: from £120.00 one-way (Gatwick, adults)
- Special Diets: £20.00/week (gluten free, lactose free, halal, kosher, vegan). Vegetarian & allergies: FREE
After You Submit Your Booking

- Confirm course and accommodation availability
- Send you a confirmation email
Within 48 hours
- Receive official invoice
- Payment instructions via Flywire
- Accommodation details (if homestay)
- Complete your English Level Test (required)
Before payment deadline
- English Level Test must be completed
- Results help us place you in the right class
- Full payment must be received (14 days before arrival)
- Your place is confirmed once both are done
1 week before arrival
- Receive welcome pack with class assignment
