The Perfect Educational Holiday for the Whole Family
Loxdale English Centre, Brighton, is the perfect school for an educational holiday for the whole family. It's a fantastic opportunity for your children to meet other international young learners while you enjoy time with your children and pursue your interests.
We recognise that every family is different and offer a tailor-made course to suit your needs. Before starting, you will correspond with Principal Anna Thatcher to discuss options for you and your children during your study holiday. You can choose how many lessons you want each week and whether to join your child on weekend trips.
During summer, we welcome both adults and young learners with any level of English. While your children participate in pre-teen (8–12 years) or teenage (13–17 years) English lessons, you'll attend classes with other international adult students.
Outside of lessons, you can join social activities with other adult students (extra cost), while your children enjoy a fully inclusive social programme with their new friends.
At the weekend, you can either join your children's trips or participate in activities with adult students, or simply relax in Brighton and nearby areas.
Rest assured that while you participate in activities, your children will always be supervised by our trained staff.
Summer arrangement: Loxdale collaborates with the English Language Centre (ELC). Adult courses are managed by ELC, and young learner courses by Loxdale.

📍 Adult summer courses are delivered by our partner school ELC Brighton at Palmeira Square, Hove — approximately 15 minutes from the Loxdale campus where children study. Adults and children are at different locations during class time.

*This is a sample schedule. Teenagers on the homestay programme join the full activities schedule but can opt out for family time. Pre-teen children on the residential programme have supervised activities throughout — parents can arrange family time in advance.

YL programme prices are all-inclusive — tuition, accommodation, meals, activities, excursions, materials, insurance, and airport transfers are all included. No hidden extras.
