Level: Elementary to Advanced
Loxdale English Centre, Brighton, is the perfect school for an educational holiday which will suit the whole family. It is a fantastic opportunity for your children to meet other international young learners and you will enable you to spend time with your children whilst following your own interests.
We recognise that every family is different and therefore can offer you a course which can be tailor made to suit you! On your first day at Loxdale, English school, Brighton, you will have a meeting with the Principal, Anna Thatcher, to talk about the options for you and your children during your study holiday.
During the summer we welcome both adult and young learners with any level of English. Whilst your children are busy enjoying either the pre-teen (8-12 years) or teenage (13-17 years) English lessons, you will be free to attend your own classes with other international adult students
Outside of Lessons
Outside of lessons you can join in social activities with other adult students whilst your children enjoy our packed social programme with their new friends. Alternatively you may want to take your family to do your own activities or trips. The choice is yours!
At the weekend you can either join your children on their trips or go on trips with other adult students. Or you could chose to simply relax and enjoy some free time in Brighton and the surrounding areas.
You can be confident that whenever you are taking part in your activities, your children will always be supervised and well looked after. During the summer Loxdale works in partnership with another Brighton school, English Language Centre (ELC). Our adult courses are run by ELC and young learner courses are run by Loxdale English Centre.

Every family has different needs and we try to help where we can. You can choose from these options:
A structured programme which covers the four skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing. The main emphasis is on developing your confidence and fluency to communicate outside the classroom.
Our pre-teen course is specifically tailored for students aged between 8 and 12 years of age. The course combines lively English lessons with a packed social programme of afternoon activities and weekend excursions.
