Payment Reference — Very Important
Always include your student name and invoice number as the payment reference. Without this, we cannot identify your payment. Bank transfers typically take 3–5 working days to arrive.
Pay by Credit or Debit Card
Card payments are also processed securely through the Flywire portal. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards.

Follow these steps to confirm your place at Loxdale.
Registration Fee
Required with your booking application. Non-refundable.
Deposit
To reserve your place. Amount depends on your course. Visa students: minimum £750 before documents are issued.
Full Balance
Due at least 14 days before your course start date.
Confirming Your Place
Your place is fully confirmed once we receive your full payment. You will receive a final confirmation email, pre-arrival information pack, and airport transfer details (if booked).
