The safety and welfare of our students is our top priority and Loxdale English Centre has a strong support system with dedicated staff to ensure that we meet the needs of all our students.
Upon arrival, you will receive a contact card which has the home and mobile telephone numbers of Anna Thatcher, our Principal and Karen Lilley, our Accommodation and Welfare Officer. This means that, in an emergency, you can contact somebody 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for support and care.
We understand that both you and your parents may feel nervous when you are travelling without them. You will find that you are surrounded by people who want to help you and make you feel happy and confident. A number of our staff are qualified in First Aid and welfare.Both Anna, Principal, and Karen, Accommodation and Welfare Officer, will see you every day and you are encouraged to let them know if you are feeling worried or nervous or just have a good idea or suggestion about the course. You can also always talk to your hosts, teachers or social organisers who will do their best to help you and make you feel better.
Loxdale English Centre does all it can to ensure that we have a safe and supervised learning environment for our students so that you can feel relaxed and just concentrate on having fun.

Course fee includes:
- English course and all course materials

Notes: There is an £80 booking fee on all courses. You will need to pay extra if you would like a cooked lunch instead of a packed lunch, a bus pass or transfers from the airport.
