Offering both homestay and residential accommodation, our Summer Young Learners Course gives you the widest choice!
All our students aged 8 to 11 live in our residential centre where they receive 24 hour care and supervision. The only exception is when they ask to live with their parents either in homestay or guesthouse/hotel accommodation.
Homestay Accommodation
We provide homestay accommodation and we choose our hosts because they make you feel part of their family. Our host families provide a friendly, comfortable home for you while you are studying at Loxdale English Centre and provide both a yummy breakfast and delicious dinner after your day learning English. You have lunch at school and you choose whether to have a packed lunch or a cooked lunch.
You have the choice between a single or twin room, which you can share with a student from a different country. It is a great way to make friends from around the world. If course, if you prefer to share with somebody of your own nationality then just ask and we will try our best to make it happen.
If you are aged 7 to 11 and wish to come with a parent, we can arrange for the parent to also stay in the host family accommodation with you.

Residential Accommodation
We hunted high and low for the best possible location and have found a place that we know will delight you! We have taken over a whole hotel in Shoreham, from Sunday 1 to Sunday 29 July 2012. With accommodation for up to 40 students, the location provides all the shopping you could want, yet is very close to the seafront for those relaxing times beside the beach. It really is a great spot, plus the hotel is the perfect size to give the centre a fun, warm and caring atmosphere - a home away from home!
All the rooms are ensuite and students share a room with a person of a similar age but a different nationality. There are between 2 and 4 students in a room.
All the students have breakfast at the centre. Lunch and dinner are served at school each day and at weekends we give you a yummy packed lunch to take on your trip. We can cater for all diets.

Course fee includes:
- English course and all course materials
- End of course certificate
- Full board host-family accommodation

- Weekend trips on Saturdays and Sundays
Notes: There is an £80 booking fee on all courses. You will need to pay extra if you would like a cooked lunch instead of a packed lunch, a bus pass or transfers from the airport.
